3 Questions Following ‘The Flash’ Season 6 Fall Finale
With the big “Crisis” crossover just a week away, Team Flash fought to save Barry’s life in Tuesday’s episode of The Flash.
The episode answered questions, but also left plenty to be addressed in the second half of the season. Here are three big questions I have following episode 6×08, titled “The Last Temptation of Barry Allen, Part 2”.
Will Allegra join the team?
Bloodwork’s reign of terror came to an end in S.T.A.R. Labs after his plan to use the particle accelerator to spread his infection was foiled by Allegra. The team put their trust in her to save the city and she did just that by hitting the particle accelerator with a UV blast.
With the team having put so much trust in Allegra, will she join the team moving forward? In my opinion, the writers wouldn’t introduce a new character unless she was going to be a part of the show moving forward. See Kamilla and Kid Flash as examples.
Did Nash Wells just transform?
Viewers have seen the clip of Nash Wells in the bowels of Central City three times now. He uncovers some symbols before someone (The Monitor?) asks him if he wants untold knowledge before a blinding light consumes him.
So did Wells just transform? That’s probably very likely! This latest teaser signals he has transformed into Pariah, the scientist who will help the team of heroes in the upcoming crossover.
Will all of Team Flash survive Crisis?
As I said in my Black Lightning recap, this crossover event is going to be HUGE. It has been hyped up for a year but will all of Team Flash survive? I won’t spoil anything but if you’ve read the comics then you know that there were many deaths.
So will anyone on Team Flash meet their end in the crossover? This is one of the biggest questions I have. If they do, I feel Allegra may slide in to fill the void left on the team.
What did you think of the episode? Let me know in the comments below!
The Flash continues next Tuesday with the “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover.
