In Season 4 of Supergirl, we saw Lena learn Kara’s big secret and if the season five trailer is any indication, it has only pulled them further apart.

The CW released a teaser trailer for the upcoming fifth season at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday and it confirmed the speculation that the two women are becoming rivals.

“I’m not a villain,” Lena says in the trailer. “I don’t want to kill Supergirl. I just want her to experience the same hurt she inflicted on me. And soon enough, she will.”

The trailer also hinted that Lex Luthor may be alive as well.
