Red Table Talk: Jada Pinkett Smith’s New Web Series You Should Be Watching

If you’re looking for a great web series that’s short, sweet and engages in important and honest conversation, check out Jada Pinkett Smith’s new Facebook Watch show, Red Table Talk!

Red Table Talk premiered earlier this month and it’s definitely something worth discussing. Each 16-19 minute long webisode is led by three generations of women including: Jada Pinkett Smith, her mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris, and her daughter Willow Smith.

During each episode, they pick a specific topic to target. It gets very honest and raw as they share their own personal experiences and ideas at the table — you can really understand all three points of view. So far only three episodes have aired and they discussed motherhood, surviving loss, and body confessions.

The conversations they share are not only therapeutic, they’re very intimate. Their exchanges–and the way they listen to one another as they share their individual experiences–really focus on the importance of vulnerability while showing how universal and relatable these issues are. There’s great value in the way all three open up about their lives, their insecurities, and their opinions. Hearing them, you know you are not alone.

Red Table Talk is food for the soul. Their conversations echo on, as you continue to ponder over what they said and self-reflect. If you didn’t already love Jada Pinkett Smith, you’ll really admire and appreciate her now.

Check out this web series on Facebook Watch. A new episode drops every Monday, so don’t miss it!
