HADRIAN’S WALL Takes Noir to the Stars

Divorce. Drugs. Conspiracy. Murder. What do all these things have in common? Well, aside from being some of the juiciest gossip this side of the galaxy, they’re also key elements in the new miniseries from Image Comics, HADRIAN’S WALL. From the creative minds behind C.O.W.L. (writers and co-creators Kyle Higgins and Alec Siegel, with artist Rod Reis), HADRIAN’S WALL takes us to a spaceship where some of the darkest dealings are going down.

Private investigator Simon Moore is hired to look into the death of his ex-wife’s new husband, a man who just happened to have shot Simon four times. You would think that this would make Simon a suspect rather than an investigator in the case, but it’s his wife who ends up in the hot seat. Writer Alec Siegel says, “Rod Reis’ stellar art and designs recalls the aesthetic of Blade Runner and Alien, while creating a world that is personal and unique.”
