War & Peace, Premieres January 18 On Lifetime, A&E and HISTORY

Tolstoy’s War and Peace is highly regarded as a seminal novel within the landscape of classical literature. This expansive work is not for the faint of heart.

War and Peace is centered around the romantic and political machinations of five aristocratic families, the Bezukhovs, the Bolkonskys, the Rostovs, the Kuragins, and Drubetskoys, during Napoleon’s invasion of Russia.

Beginning Monday, January 18th and simulcasting on Lifetime, A&E and HISTORY, the four-week limited series event stars Gillian Anderson, James Norton, Paul Dano, Jim Broadbent and Lily James.
