Little Known Movies Worth Your Time

 

It’s that time of the week where I bring you a movie you may not know about but is definitely worth your time to watch. I really hope you like this week’s selection. It’s one of my personal favorites.

Mistress of Spices

Why I love this movie:

This movie has some of the most stunning visuals I’ve seen. I also love the story quite a bit.

What it’s about:

In India, Tilo is trained in the art of spices and how to use them. She travels to The Spice Bazaar in San Francisco to help people through working with her spices. She has three rules she must follow. 1. To help her clients to accomplish their desires with the spices, but never hers. 2. To never leave her shop. 3. Never be touched on the skin.

Tilo ends up falling for an architect and breaks the rules. Will she end up being punished by the spices she loves for breaking the rules?
