Sam and Dean Tackle a Ghost with an Ax to Grind on Supernatural

What happens when the Winchesters tangle with a ghost of an ax murder? Well, hopefully they come out in one piece.

In the Supernatural episode titled “Thin Lizzie” our favorite supernatural crime fighting duo, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) battle the ghost of famed ax murder, Lizzie Borden.  As history buffs know, Lizzie Borden is the Massachusetts woman tried in 1892 for the murders of her father and stepmother in Fall River, Massachusetts.  When people start getting killed in a similar fashion again in Fall River, Sam and Dean Winchester head there to take on the ghost of Lizzie Borden.

The Winchesters have tussled with many a ghost, so how difficult can the ghost of an ax murder be?

Fans of the long-running series will find out when Supernatural “Thin Lizzie” airs Wednesday, November 4 at 9/8c on The CW.
