Eccentric Pop Duo BLEITCH Releases Spooky Video for Their New Single “Crime”

On their own, BLEITCH members Piers Baron and Madelyn Deutch, daughter of actress Lea Thompson, are musical powerhouses, each earning awards and accolades for their stunning talent and ingenuity. Together, however, they’ve created an unprecedented and genre-bending brand of music. BLEITCH, which caught national attention for their “future pop” in 2014 when they released their debut single “This is Our Youth”, has upheld their reputation with  their new single, “Crime.”

Written by Baron and Deutch, “Crime” is a curious mixture of moodiness, angst, separation and regret, complemented by strong melodies and plenty of synths, with just the right amount of pop to put listeners at ease. The video, produced by Baron and directed by Deutch, represents the song perfectly; it’s full of luminescent colors, creepy imagery and intense emotion. Watch it below!
