‘Stitchers’ Scores a Second Season

ABC Family announced that the hit original drama series, Stitchers has been picked up for a second season, with the premiere season wrapping up their summer finale August 4, 2015.

Stitchers follows Kirsten (Emma Ishta), a young woman recruited into a covert government agency to be “stitched” into the minds of the recently deceased, using their memories to solve murders and mysteries. Keeping Kirsten in check is her boss and leader of the secret agency, Maggie Baptiste (Salli Richardson-Whitfield) alongside her colleagues Cameron (Kyle Harris), Linus (Ritesh Rajan) and roommate Camille (Allison Scagliotti).

“Fans are enjoying the camaraderie of the Stitchers team and a lead character that is unapologetically smart, focused and a great role model to young women,” said Karey Burke, Executive Vice President, Programming and Development, ABC Family. “We look forward to seeing more of the Stitchers team tackling diverse cases as they unravel the mystery behind the program’s creation.”

Stitchers is executive-produced by Jeffrey Alan Schechter (Overruled!), Jonathan Baruch and Rob Wolken.

You can catch new episodes every Tuesday at 9/8PM ET on ABC Family and follow them on Twitter @StitchersTV for updates!
