Interview with The Originals cast at San Diego Comic-Con

 

A spin-off from The CW’s The Vampire Diaries, The Originals focuses on Klaus, Elijah and Rebecca Mikaelson. The siblings return to New Orleans (in 2013), after fleeing their vengeful father in 1919, they are met by the Klaus’s protege, Marcel who currently runs the city. The siblings band together to take their city back from Marcel while trying to maintain peace between the brewing war between the vampires, werewolves and witches.

This past January The Originals was renewed for a third season and even more recently announced that Veronica Mars alum, Jason Dohring will guest star in the new season as Detective Kinney, a man on the hunt for justice and completely unaware of the supernatural beings in town.

Season three premieres on October 9, 2015 at 9pm/8pm central.
