'Shameless' Shanola Hampton Film to Premiere at RIFF

Perhaps best known for her role as Veronica Fisher on Showtime’s Shameless, Shanola Hampton is also a well established film actress and her film Things Never Said will be premiering at the 15th annual Roxbury International Film Festival on June 27th. Things Never Said is a drama written and directed by Charles Murray and stars Shanola as Kalindra Stepney a woman trying to find her voice through spoken-word poetry. The film also stars Michael Beach, Elimu Nelson, Tamala Jones, and Omari Hardwick.

 

Shanola will be returing for the upcoming 4th season of Shameless when it begins filming in September. In the meantime, she has been busy filming the short films Hot and Bothered and They Die by Dawn.
