VAMPIRES: WHO DOES IT BEST?

An intriguing story line, a little romance, and fabulous characters makes for a movie or TV show worth watching.  Add a handful of hot  vampires and you have a firm entertainment favorite.  They’re strong, sexy, cocky and have supernatural powers that many envy.  It was tough to narrow it down to a choice of ten, but here’s our list of vampires who we think pull off the vamp traits with ease.   Vote below and let us know who you think is the best vampire!

AIDAN – BEING HUMAN Sam Witwer

A quiet, calm, 258 year old vampire with a conscience and a preference for blood from a bag as apposed to live blood.  He lives with two other roommates, a ghost and a werewolf, and together the trio tries to live a normal life.

“No. I can’t. Vampires don’t drink werewolves”.

 

 

CAROLINE – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES      Candice Accola

Kudos to this vamp for excellent character development over the last three seasons of ‘The Vampire Diaries’.  A vampire with control issues who’s devoted to her friends.  She’s sexy, fun, loyal, and in love with a Hybrid.  She looks so sweet and innocent but beware of her vamp antics and sharp fangs!

“That werewolf road leads straight to Vampire Boulevard! I thought I was thinking fast on my feet.”

PAM – TRUE BLOOD    Kristin Bauer

Pam is sexy, sassy, and doesn’t hesitate to speak her mind.  She’s blunt and straightforward and although she’s often cold and unconcerned towards others, she’s quick to turn on the charm when needed.

“I am so over Sookie and her precious fairy vagina and her unbelievably stupid name.”

 

DAMON – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES Ian Somerhalder

He’s tall, dark, handsome, and has absolutely no filter when it comes to speaking his mind.  A vampire in love with his brother’s woman who fiercely protects his nearest and dearest.   With his bad-boy image, witty one-liners and expressive body language, this vamp is bound to create a stir in the upcoming season of ‘The Vampire Diaries’.

 “Do you know how liberating it is not having a master plan?  Because I can do whatever the hell I want.”

BILL – TRUE BLOOD Stephen Moyer

 He’s a vampire with a dark past who once thought immortality is a curse.  He was once kind and compassionate towards humans and refused to drink human blood but now that Bill has shifted gears into Billith, he’s ruthless and evil with a “kill or be killed” attitude.

“Oh I love a good execution.”

EDWARD – TWILIGHT Robert Pattison

A powerful, quiet, and mysterious loner who prefers to fly under the radar.  His handsome face, gorgeous eyes, and secretive background make for one hot vamp.  He has strong ties to his adopted family and is fiercely protective of his one true love, Bella Swan.

“They’re right to keep their distance from us.  We are still dangerous.”

 

STEFAN – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES Paul Wesley

He’s dark, tortured, brooding, and completely devoted to one woman.  There are two sides to this sexy vampire and a lot of debate as to which side reigns:   Stefan – the tormented vampire living a daily struggle to keep a grip on his vamp instincts, or the Ripper – a vampire with a lust for blood and void of emotion.

“Okay. I’m freaking out. I’m ready to eat the whole wait staff. Why do you need to hear me say it?”

ERIC – TRUE BLOOD Alexander Skarsgard

 Once a Viking, now a thousand year old vampire with blonde hair and blue eyes who owns Fangtasia.  He’s honest, direct, and fearless and rarely loses his temper but push his buttons and he’s capable of great violence. 

“Please, I’m a thousand years older than you. Put your baby fangs away before you piss me off.”

KLAUS – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES Joseph Morgan

He’s a thousand year old vampire who’s powerful, wicked, and feared by most.  He’s tough, rough, and ruthless with anyone standing in his way.  A hybrid intent on creating an army of hybrid minions to follow him.  Although his body is currently in a coffin whilst his spirit roams the likes of another, one thing is for sure; this handsome, evil vamp has caused havoc in the town of Mystic Falls.

“I don’t have to prove anything, love. I am the alpha male.”

KATHERINE – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES Nina Dobrev

She’s sexy, sassy, and oh so naughty … but we love her.  She’s smart, devious, and all attitude and adds a zing to ‘The Vampire Diaries’.  She’s on the run from Klaus and has learnt the art of covering her tracks. This is a vampire beauty with only one person’s best interests at heart – her own.
