3 Questions after ‘Arrow’ 8×05 “Prochnost”

Oliver and his family took a trip to Russia in Tuesday’s episode of Arrow, but its what happened when they returned that has changed everything.
You know I have questions, so here are the three biggest ones I have following episode 8×05, titled “Prochnost”.
How will Team Arrow react to Lyla’s betrayal?
At the beginning of the episode, Lyla approached Laurel and asked her to get the plans for a weapon before Oliver and bring them back to her. By the end, Laurel did not do that. She decided to stay loyal to Oliver and suggested that Lyla do the same. When Lyla objected, Laurel revealed that Team Arrow was listening to this conversation the entire time. Yes, that includes her husband Diggle, who looked shocked as hell. They don’t have time to question her as Oliver, Diggle, and Laurel were all tranq-darted by someone off-screen and ultimately pass out.
So how will Team Arrow react to Lyla’s betrayal and the fact that she’s working with the Monitor? Diggle will probably be the one with the most questions and I look forward to the explanation she gives him. I’m also curious about how this will change their relationship moving forward.
Will Roy and Thea patch things up?
Tuesday saw Roy return for a mission with Diggle to collect purloined plutonium. For most of the episode, Roy argued that he would not return to the team, but Diggle managed to convince him to stick around by the end.
So with Roy staying for a while, will he and Thea patch things up? We found out earlier that he left Thea without explanation because he couldn’t control his blood lust. We know Willa Holland is returning for a “multi-episode” arc so it’s likely that we could possibly see them wrap up the Roy/Thea storyline following the crossover.
How will Mia’s relationship with Oliver impact her future?
The episode began with a montage of Oliver training Mia. From tennis ball-impaling to Oliver’s special arrows, the pair are working on their relationship. What I’m wondering, though, is how this will impact Mia moving forward?
With the news that the Arrow spin-off will take place in 2040, Mia, William, and Connor will obviously return back to their time period. So how much of Oliver’s teachings will she take back with her? I know the Mia character isn’t liked by many in the fandom, but I, for one, am interested in seeing her take up the mantel from her father.
What did you think of the episode? Let me know in the comments below!
Arrow airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on The CW.
