Game of Thrones NYC Fan Event November 18-19

Are you a Game of Thrones superfan? The sixth season of Game of Thrones Blu-ray and DVD home box set was released today, but New York City fans will get to take the experience to the next level.

The Game of Thrones: Season 6 – Behind the Scenes fan event will give fans an exclusive look into the making of HBO’s most popular series through interactive audiovisual displays alongside exciting tech-based experiences. Set up as five different experiences themed to individual bonus features available on the Season 6 Blu-ray and DVD set, the event is designed to look like set pieces from the actual show!

You can go behind the scenes and take photos and videos that will make all of your friends jealous. From inside the burning Temple of the Dosh Khaleen, to holding the door to save Bran, to fighting in the Battle of the Bastards and sitting on the Iron Throne, fans will get the ultimate opportunity to live their fantasies out in this magical world. There will also be a brand new Virtual Reality experience created just for this fan event that will let you train for battle in the courtyard of Castle Black since Winter IS Coming.

There will be special guest appearances, and there are a limited amount of fast passes to the Photo Booth and VR Experience here.

Game of Thrones: Season 6 – Behind the Scenes will be open to fans November 18-19 (Friday and Saturday) from 12:30-8pm ET at Astor Place in New York City.
