Interview with iZombie cast at San Diego Comic-Con

From the minds of Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero-Wright comes iZombie. After attending a boat party, Seattle medical resident, Olivia ‘Liv’ Moore turns into a zombie. However she isn’t a zombie audiences are used to seeing. She’s still very much her usual self just with a new diet…of brains.

To help with her cravings Liv takes a job at a morgue and eventually shares her secret with her coworker. Her coworker, Ravi, encourages her to eat the brains of murder victims and Liv shortly finds out that she inherits some of the victims traits. In addition to new characteristics, Liv also experiences flashbacks giving her clues to the cause of the murder.

Using her newfound set of skills Liv teams up with the Seattle Police Department to solve crimes under the pretense that she is a psychic consultant.
