Netflix Acquires Rights to 7 Iconic Black Sitcoms ‘Sister, Sister’, ‘Girlfriends’ and More

Earlier this morning, we got some great news! Been wanting to rewatch all of your favorite Black sitcoms from back in the day, but couldn’t really find where to watch it again correctly? Well, that worry is now over!
Netflix just announced that they finally acquired the streaming rights 7 iconic Black sitcoms that originally aired in the late 90s and early 2000s.
Here are the 7 shows that will be streaming soon:
Moesha: August 1
The Game S1-S3: August 15
Sister, Sister: September 1
Girlfriends: September 11
The Parkers: October 1
Half & Half: October 15
One on One: October 15
This news is exciting to me just as it is to so many fans of these shows. I personally can’t wait to rewatch Sister, Sister, and Girlfriends again!
