‘Lucifer’ Renewed For Sixth & Final Season, Season 5 Premiere Date Announced
Netflix officially announced that a sixth season of Lucifer has been ordered, which will be its last. The announcement acknowledges the fact that the streaming service previously renewed the series for a fifth and final season, now calling Season 6 “FINAL final.”
In addition to that announcement, Netflix also recently announced with a steamy video chronicling the show’s hottest moments that Lucifer’s fifth season will premiere August 21.
Last summer, the streaming service renewed the series for a fifth and final 10-episode long season. However, they increased that order to 16 episodes after a passionate response from the fandom meaning that the fifth season will now be split in two parts.
