Exclusive Interview with Greek’s Jacob Zachar at ATX Television Festival

This past weekend, the creatives and cast members behind ABC Family’s Greek got together at ATX Television Festival in Austin, Texas to reminisce about the hit show, which aired from 2007 to 2011. The show followed students of the fictional Cyprus-Rhodes University that participated in the Greek system.

On the show, Jacob Zachar played Rusty Cartwright aka “Spitter”, Casey’s brother who is a freshman at CRU and pledges Kappa Tau Gamma. I got the chance to talk to Jacob about what his audition process for Greek was like, where Rusty would be today, what he nerds out about and more! Check out our conversation below!
