Important Dates for NYCC 2019
Plan on attending this year’s New York Comic Con? Here are the important dates that you need to keep in mind.
Thursday, April 4th: Fan Verification Confirmation Email
If you were a registered fan in 2018, you should have received an email on April 4th offering the opportunity to update your fan account information. No worries if you have nothing to update – your Fan Verification will automatically roll over.
Monday, April 22nd: Press and Professional Applications Go Live
If you are a member of the Press or a Professional, applications to cover New York Comic Con will go live on this date.
Sunday, May 5th: NYCC Badge Pre-Sale
You and your entire party must have fan verification in order to participate in the New York Comic Con badge pre-sale. 4-Day badges are only available during this pre-sale and are being offered at a price that gives you a discount off all four days.
Wednesday, May 8th: Fan Verification Opens
Fan Verification is required to purchase badges for New York Comic Con 2019. Even though Fan Verification is not required to attend, you should definitely register to have the best NYCC experience possible. ReedPOP is expanding the NYCC lottery offerings this year, and all of the perks will only be available to those that have Fan Verification accounts.
Sunday, June 2nd: Fan Verification Closes
You must register for Fan Verification before this date.
Wednesday, June 12th: NYCC Badges On Sale
All Fan Verified fans will be eligible to buy badges. You can purchase badges for people that do not have Fan Verification accounts, but the purchaser must have an account. May the odds be ever in your favor.
Thursday, October 3rd – Sunday, October 8th: New York Comic Con
New York Comic Con 2019 takes place in the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center
