Who Is Coming To C2E2?

The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, or C2E2 as it’s commonly known, is coming up fast and the excitement level is off the charts! C2E2 is one of my favorite conventions of the year, for several reasons, but most of my excitement for this year is due to the incredible list of guests. No matter what you’re a fan of, comics, books, or TV, there is a guest for everyone!

This year’s line up is full of great guests that haven’t visited the Midwest in a while, or ever. At the top of my list is Alan Tudyk and Gina Torres from the cult classic Firefly. Tudyk can also be seen in Rogue One, Con Man, and Powerless. Torres was most recently seen in Suits.

Other entertainment guests I am very excited about include Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy), Pom Klementieff (Guardians of the Galaxy), Dominic Purcell (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Prison Break), Milo Ventimiglia (This Is Us, Gilmore Girls), Justin Hartley (This Is Us, Smallville),  Ricky Whittle (American Gods, The 100), and Mark Sheppard (Supernatural, Battlestar Galactica). What a group of stars! And that’s not all.

On top of an incredible group of TV and movie guests, C2E2 has outdone themselves with literary and comic guests. R. L. Stine, author of the Goosebumps books and Veronica Roth, author of the Divergent series and Carve the Mark, will both be in attendance. Comic guests include Mark Waid (Captain America, Daredevil), Ant Lucia (DC Comic Bombshells), Gerry Duggan (Deadpool, Guardians of the Galaxy), Kris Anka (Runaways, Star-Lord), and Tom King (Batman).
