Michelle Obama’s Memoir “Becoming” Set to Be Released November 2018

Michelle Obama is working on a memoir, and it’s going to be great.

Becoming is set to be released November 13th, 2018. The anticipation for this memoir by the beloved former First Lady has already begun. Readers will be able to dive into the more personal aspects of Michelle Obama’s life. A life story sure to inspire others. I know it will inspire me. Becoming will be published under Penguin Random House.

“In her memoir, a work of deep reflection and mesmerizing storytelling, Michelle Obama invites readers into her world, chronicling the experiences that have shaped her—from her childhood on the South Side of Chicago to her years as an executive balancing the demands of motherhood and work, to her time spent at the world’s most famous address.” –

Becoming will be the former First Lady’s second book, the first being American Grown. Released in 2012, American Grown examines the story of the White House Kitchen Garden and highlights healthy living, a focus Michelle promoted during her time as First Lady, among other great projects.

What about our 44th President’s memoir, you may ask? Well, it’s also in the works and it too will be published by Penguin Random House sometime this year. Since Michelle Obama already has the slot for November, maybe it will be released this summer? We’re definitely keeping tabs on it!
