New TV Spot for “DETROIT”

If you were watching the NBA Finals this year, you probably noticed the premiere of some pretty amazing movie trailers. From Black Panther to Spider-Man: Homecoming, the trailer that intrigued me the most was for Kathryn Bigelow’s (Zero Dark Thirty, The Hurt Locker) new film, DETROIT.

Premiering at a theater near you on August 4th, DETROIT tells the gripping story of one of the darkest moments during the civil unrest that rocked Detroit in the summer of 1967. The movie features bright stars Will Poulter, Algee Smith, Jacob Latimore, and John Boyega (with an American accent again).
