Review of Lilianna Wilde’s EP “Bad For You”

Lilianna Wilde is an independent singer-songwriter who calls LA home. This ambitious and talented woman made her way into music and writing music through the back door, so to speak. You can read our Exclusive Interview from December 2015 with her here. Since we last spoke, Lilianna has been busy, she took a UCLA extension class on writing where she met and ultimately co-wrote a song with up and coming talent Astrum.

Mentoring young singer-songwriters hasn’t taken up all of her time… Lilianna has just released her first EP! It is called Bad For You, which is a collection of seven songs that tell tales of life, love and loss all set to a bluesy jazz background that makes the EP perfect for quiet nights in, slow dancing in your bare feet, canoodling on the couch and just chilling out.

Lilianna’s voice is like a sexy silk scarf that drifts down your skin causing chills even as it caresses your skin. It is impossible to not get lost in her seduction of your senses. The songs are well balanced and the musicians are skillful. This is an EP you’ll want to listen to over and over again to soothe away your troubles or get you in the mood for a night out.

Bad For You is available now on Spotify and iTunes. Run, don’t walk to your internet connected device and download this now! You are going to want to be one of the first to talk about Lilianna among your friends. This woman will not let you down.
