Crying Premiers New Single “Revive” Through NPR
Fans of indie rock band Crying have had a long wait since the release of two EPs in 2014. Now, in preparation of their debut LP Beyond the Fleeting Gales, Crying has released “Revive” through NPR.
Moving away from the chiptune styles of Get Olde and Second Wind, Beyond the Fleeting Gales finds Crying using more sophisticated synths that, according to the band, resemble “80’s era Rush.” The songs from this album promise to be the most adventurous from the band, pushing the boundaries of their genre.
Beyond the Fleeting Gales is available now for preorder and will be released October 14, in the midst of Crying’s fall tour alongside Joyce Manor and The Hotelier.
