Can a horrible decision actually turn out to be beneficial? M.J. Dougherty argues yes, in his new book Life Lessons from a Total Failure.
Based on his own life experiences, the book takes readers into the darkest part of one young man’s life, chronicling the worst choices he could possibly make. But it won’t bring down spirits too much, as his journey helps him see that those times were actually the best things that have ever happened to him.
Through self-examination and exploration, Dougherty shows that it’s possible to find clarity and even fulfillment. Life Lessons from a Total Failure aims to help readers see there is always a way to improve any aspect of life and inspire them to reconnect with their true self.
To celebrate M.J. Dougherty and the book’s launch, stars came out to The Sandbox in Los Angeles on Aug. 16.
