This week marked the fifteenth anniversary of the cult classic Legally Blonde—that’s right, it’s been fifteen years since we were introduced to Elle Woods, the bubbly blonde who became a feminist hero, her dog Bruiser and the famous Bend and Snap. The film, which was released on July 13, 2001, was a box office smash and catapulted the careers of its young cast, which consisted of Reese Witherspoon, Luke Wilson and Ali Larter, as well as several others. In addition to spawning a fervent fanbase, this film also spawned a sequel in 2003—Legally Blonde 2: Red, White and Blue—and a musical in 2007. So, what is this iconic film’s cast up to now?
