Experimental Rock Band Gone is Gone Hits a Trifecta: New Video, Tour Dates and an EP Release

unnamedExperimental rock band Gone Is Gone premiered a video for their new song “Starlight” at the end of May. The track is featured on the band’s highly anticipated, self-titled debut EP scheduled to be released on July 8th via their imprint label Black Dune Records in partnership with Rise Records/BMG. Digital pre-orders are available now at iTunes and Amazon.com and will include instant downloads of “Violescent” and “Starlight.” Physical pre-orders of the limited edition vinyl EP are available now at http://goneisgone.merchnow.com.

“Starlight” was premiered on Beats 1 Radio and is the second single from the band’s forthcoming debut EP. The video for the track was filmed in May 2016 at Pollution in Los Angeles and was directed by Raul Gonzo (†††, Pvris).

The band has also announced their first tour dates, which include shows in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington DC in July. Tickets are on sale now at www.goneisgoneofficial.com.

Gone Is Gone is an experimental rock quintet featuring Tony Hajjar, Mike Zarin, Troy Van Leeuwen and Troy Sanders. They formed in 2016, but come with a great deal of experience: Troy Sanders, the singer and bass player is from Mastodon, Troy Van Leeuwen, was one of the guitarists for Queens of the Stone Age, Tony Hajjar, formerly the drummer for At the Drive-In, and Mike Zarin, is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and founder of Sencit Music who appeared with Van Leeuwen on Sweethead’s Descent to the Surface.
