Lifetime TV Announces Two Premieres for April

Premiering on Sunday, April 10 at 9:00 pm ET/PT is the BBC’s Doctor Foster: A Woman Scorned, a gripping psychological drama about a doctor who suspects her husband is having an affair.

Doctor Gemma Foster’s (Suranne Jones, Scott & Bailey, Coronation Street) world comes to a halt when she suspects her husband Simon (Bertie Carvel, Les Miserables, Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell) is having an affair.  Gemma’s investigation will end up taking her places and putting her in situations that she’d never imagined she would ever have to face.  This series will keep you on the edge of your seat as Dr. Foster chases down clues which lead to secrets which will ultimately affect her life as well as the lives of those around her.

Jack of The Red Hearts will premiere on Sunday, April 23 at 8:00 pm ET/PT. This award-winning film is a story of loyalty and of redemption.  Jack (AnnaSophia Robb), is hiding from her probation officer as she searches for a way to make enough money to spring her sister from foster care.  After finding a position with a suburban family as a live-in helper for their autistic daughter, Jack’s truth comes out and she needs to make a choice.  Will she choose to save herself, or help someone else?

Jack of The Red Hearts was named Bentonville’s 2015 Grand Jury Film Festival Award Winner and stars Sophia Anne Caruso and Famke Janssen along with AnnaSophia Robb. The film is produced by ARC Entertainment. Jenifer Deaton is the writer. Producers include Joey Carey, Lucy Mukerjee-Brown, Stefan Nowicki, Morgan White and the film is directed by Janet Grillo.
