To Write Love On Her Arms 10 Year Anniversary Tickets Now On Sale

To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) is celebrating their 10 year anniversary with an extra-special “evening of songs, conversation, and hope.” The 10 year anniversary event will be held at House of Blues Orlando on Saturday, April 2nd, and will feature performances by Jon Foreman of Switchfoot, singer/songwriter Matt Wertz, spoken-word poets Sierra Demulder and Tonya Ingram, and Bearcat’s Renee Yohe, about whom the original TWLOHA story was written in 2006.
The evening will be a time to celebrate the journey and the history of TWLOHA. On the TWLOHA’s 10 Year Anniversary and the upcoming event, founder Jamie Tworkowski shares: “We’re going to spend some time celebrating our journey and our history, the surprising open doors. We’ll look back and we’ll be thankful and we’ll also look ahead. And we’re definitely going to celebrate. Because if one person chose to stay alive, that is worth a celebration.”All those in attendance will leave with a list of resources, people and places they can turn to for help.
To Write Love on Her Arms is a nonprofit dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery. Since its start in 2006, TWLOHA has donated over $1.5 million directly into treatment and recovery and answered over 180,000 messages from over 100 countries.
