The Atlas Genius band will kick off their U.S. headline tour on March 31st, 2016. The group members, Keith and Michael Jeffrey, will commence their tour in Portland and includes stops in: Chicago, Nashville, Boston and Los Angeles. The tour supports their album Inanimate Objects which has been met with positive reviews as one of the best new albums of the year according to Entertainment Weekly.

The tour will feature the Grammy-nominated singer, Skylar Grey, along with other special guests. Tickets for the shows go on sale on Friday, February 19, 2016. Go to AtlasGenius.com to purchase tickets soon! One of the singles is titled “Stockholm” which is written by songwriter and vocalist Keith Jeffery about a trip to Sweden – hence the title of the song. Keith claims the song is about “the state of a long distance relationship I was in. I really felt like I was drowning emotionally and needed to let myself breathe.” You can feel the tension in the rhythms of the song which represents the common plight of a long distance relationship.

The Aussie duo is from the beautiful coastal city of Adelaide in Australia. The brothers now reside on the West Coast in Los Angeles where they have adopted a healthy lifestyle which consists of a vegan diet. Living in the City of Angels has been a source of inspiration for their album Inanimate Objects and they even filmed an episode of Sidetracks sampling the best vegan foods in Los Angeles.
