4 Best Lines From Galavant Season 2 Premiere
The musical comedy Galavant returned to television for its second season premiere on January 3, 2016. As usual, the series didn’t disappoint as the two episodes titled “It’s a New Season aka Suck It Cancellation Bear” and “World’s Best Kiss” offered everything fans have come to love. The musical numbers could rival any Broadway Show. The writing is witty and Season 2 offered up some memorable and funny lines. In my opinion, here are the best:
- “The queen and the guy who’s with the queen.”
It was hilarious when every time a subject entered Court for an audience with Madalena, this was their introduction. Imagine if this was your title and you had to put it on a business card.
- “He’s going to make a wonderful husband, your cousin. As soon as he stops peeing himself.”
Poor Isabella, imprisoned and being forced to marry her own cousin, who’s a little boy. This is bad on so many levels. And now we learn he’s also a bed wetter!
- Tie-“Unicorns are drawn to children and those pure of body.”/”It’s obviously a fake unicorn.”
Questioning King Richard’s manhood? No, no- he wasn’t having any of that. He’s been with A LOT of women (says he) and no unicorn was going to say otherwise.
- “He makes you look like an ass…ass…ass…astronomical leader by comparison.”
When Galavant and King Richard go to a fortune-teller for information on Isabella’s whereabouts, they are able to “call” her through her amulet. But it has the worst reception and call skips. Definitely not Verizon or T-Mobile 3G or 4G!
