‘NCIS’ Partners Stephanie Jacobsen With DiNozzo

It’s been said Very Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) will be getting a love interest during NCIS Season 12, and we might have some more details on just who that lucky lady is.

According to EW, Stephanie Jacobsen (Revenge, Melrose Place) is coming to the hit CBS series in a potentially recurring capacity. Set to appear in an October episode, Jacobsen will play FBI Special Agent Leia Pendergast.

The full description of her character is as follows: “Armed but feminine, sexy and single, cool and confident. A former U.S. Marshal-turned FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force leader, she is flirtatious and adventurous with a sense of humor. Leia is a straight shooter, brash when she needs to be. She isn’t afraid to knock down doors or egos.”

Leia is partnered with DiNozzo during a case revolving around an international terrorist threat targeting Navy researchers.

Will sparks fly between these two? We’ll have to wait and see when NCIS returns on Sept. 23 at 8/7c.
