‘Arrow’ Baddie Crosses Over to The CW’s ‘The Flash’

Tick tock. Tick tock. Who’s ready for even more villainous flavor on The CW’s The Flash?

Thanks to TVLine, we now know Oliver Queen isn’t the only Arrow character crossing over to Central City. William Tockman aka The Clock King, played by the evilly talented Robert Knepper, will visit Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) during Episode 7 of the freshman season.

He is the first baddie to pop up in both Starling and Central City. In true Clock King fashion, he’ll put up a real fight with Barry — and not alone. That’s right, he’ll be working with another villain!

“We wanted to give Barry a real challenge… TWO bad guys!” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg revealed. He even noted Barry will be “fighting both a new enemy and one of our scariest and most successful Arrow villains in The Clock King.”

So, just who will this new villain be? No word yet, but it looks like The Flash will be busy this coming season.
