Special Premiere Event: "The Vampire Diaries" and "The Originals" Premiere Thursday, October 3 on The CW!

The summer hiatus ends tomorrow for The Vampire Diaries fans. This season, viewers get to enjoy twice the screen-time with the wildly popular vampire universe as The Originals, a spin-off of The Vampire Diaries that will follow the Original family as they leave Mystic Falls to take over New Orleans, will make it’s debut this season. Though The Originals is scheduled to air on Tuesday nights before Supernatural, the show will premiere this Thursday night immediately following the season 5 premiere of The Vampire Diaries.
