‘Hart of Dixie’ Adds to Cast in Season 3

The quaint town of Bluebell, Alabama has gone and gotten itself a little bigger over the summer. Recently the announcement was made that fan favorite Annabeth Nass, played by the incomparable Kaitlyn Black, had been made a series regular.
Now comes the new that Josh Cooke will be making Hart of Dixie his home in a recurring role. According to The Hollywood Reporter will be playing Joel, a New Yorker, who somehow manages to find himself in good ole Bluebell.
Cooke is maybe best known for his recurring role on the Showtime drama Dexter as Louis Greene in seasons 6 and 7.
The 3rd season of The CW’s Hart of Dixie premieres at 8pm on October 7th. When we last saw the good folks of Bluebell George had left to go on tour with Lily; Lavon and Annabeth were happily making googly eyes at each other; Lemon had discovered she wasn’t the same person she was 3 years ago; Wade realized that he was in love with Zoe and tried to win her back; and Zoe discovered that although she loved Wade (not George) she wasn’t ready to forgive him and continued on to New York for the summer.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I for one can not wait to see Tom, Wanda, and Mr. Burt Reynolds again.
