‘Ghost Whisperer’ Star Joins ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’

According to TV Line David Conrad will be joining Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. this fall. The role is a recurring one and who he will be playing has not yet been released.  However there is some speculation surrounding his role given they were casting for a “brilliant and quirky scientist”.

Conrad is best known for his portrayal as Melinda Gordon’s husband Jim Clancy in the CBS drama Ghost Whisperer during its 5 season run.  Since the shows cancellation he has been seen in episodes of The Firm, The Good Wife, and the TV movie Beautiful People.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. premieres on Tuesday, September 24th at 8pm Eastern Time.
