'The Vampire Diaries' Returns with All New Episodes

After a two week hiatus (which in the TVD fandom feels more like two months), ‘The Vampire Diaries’ is back with an all new episode.  Judging by the promo clip below, this episode promises a lot of glitz and glamour as the Mystic Falls gang suit up for prom night.  The Salvatore brothers look gorgeous as usual but Elena steals the limelight in her stunning gown.  Damon and Stefan are determined to make Elena want to flick the humanity switch – does the near kiss with one particular Salvatore brother form part of their plan?  Anyone else as excited for this new episode as I am?
