With The Brighter View, To The Wind’s latest album, set for release this coming Friday, September 7, the Seattle-based hardcore band has unveiled the entire album a few days early for fans to stream.

“Much like our prior releases, we don’t filter anything in this record,” said vocalist Tanner Murphy about The Brighter View. “Don’t let the album title deceive you. We’re not putting this out to say that our views on life have gotten “brighter,” or that this is our most positive record. It’s just about TRYING to find a positive light in life even when it can seem impossible sometimes.”

The release of the album coincides with the beginning of To The Wind’s national tour alongside Pure Noise labelmate Vanna.

Most likely he is just watching TV thinking about how he should be doing those things. You can tweet him @badlandsbadley and congratulate him on his mad 3rd person writing skills.
