This Saturday marks the 15th year of the exciting Free Comic Book Day and CONtv is contributing to this awesome holiday by giving fans an extra two months of their VIP Service and a collectible t-shirt when they subscribe! CONtv is a creation in partnership with Wizard World with the goal of bringing the excitement of the convention circuit to anyone, anywhere!

CONtv is jam-packed with exclusive convention footage, original series, and fan favorites in a huge string of genres such as sci-fi, anime, horror, and comedy! Not only is it available as a streaming service from your PC, but across all your favorite devices such as iOS, Android, Roku, and Samsung Smart TVs.

“We launched CONtv a year ago because we knew that fans like us craved 24/7 access to the type of content comic cons provide,” said Erick Opeka of Cinedigm/CONtv, “So, we are thrilled that on Free Comic Book Day, we’re offering fans the kind of free stuff they love, plus unlimited access to our streaming service!”

Beginning Saturday, May 7th and lasting only one week, fans can log onto CONtv.com and use promo code COMICDAY16. When they purchase a one-month VIP subscription for just $4.99 plus tax, CONtv will automatically add two additional free months and send the properly sized t-shirt to fans’ billing address.

Fans can also visit select comic book stores who will be distributing CONtv shirts to those who subscribe. You can find a complete list of participating comic book stores here!

My name's Destini and if there's two things I'm adept at, its talking and being a nerd! I love entertainment and I love talking to others about entertainment, sparking my interest in journalism. Therefore it only seemed fitting to join an outlet where I could write about it for others who are as passionate about it as me.
I have interests in pretty much any category of nerd you can shell out - video games, comics, television, movies, the works. I've grown up exposed to all these and more! I am also a self-taught graphic designer and photographer, which is what I do when I'm not writing or crunching at my 9 to 5.
