Alt-Rock Band Alorion Releases Video for Linkin Park Cover

Alorion, a Southern California –based Alternative rock band, has released a music video for Linkin Park’s hit song “Faint,” from the “Meteroa” album. It was directed by the band Movements (Fearless Records) and it originally premiered with Metal Underground.

Alorion appeared on the music scene last summer, with their EP “Between Calm and Chaos,” recorded by Tom Denney of A Day to Remember. It is available now on iTunes and The video can be viewed here:

We chose to cover Linkin Park because for some of us, it was that first bridge into rock music. We also share a similar dynamic with the two different styles of vocalists in the band. We thought it was a great idea to nod to a band that’s so influential into what we are doing and why we are here, all while creating something new with a song we love. – Alorion

The band is made up of Diego Alex on vocals, Bryon Muro and Michael Lomeli on guitar, Austin Nolan on bass/vocals, and James Panzarello on drums. You can follow Alorion Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Hello, my name is Arlene Allen, and I love all things nerd: genre tv and movies, books, loud rock and roll music, kittens, conventions, books, graphic novels and superheroes, RPG and tabletop games, and did I say books? Oh, yes. I spent 25 years as a librarian (nerd) mainly working with youth (creating nerds), a number of years as a teacher (more nerd indoctrination). I have my own spawn, leveled up to 22 and my partner in nerdiness. As a nerdy writer, I have found a home at Talk Nerdy With Us.
